Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

Welcome to Squoobee.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of squoobee.com, including purchases of standard products, custom squishy requests, customer accounts, order tracking, communications, and related services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a custom request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Squoobee

Squoobee is operated by Hong Kong Wan Sen Co., Ltd.

Squoobee provides squishy products, stress-relief toys, collectible designs, related products, and custom squishy services primarily for customers in the United States.

Some products may be manufactured, sourced, printed, processed, or fulfilled through production partners located in China or other locations.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement to place an order.

If you are under the legal age required to make purchases in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian should place the order on your behalf.

Children under 13 should not create accounts, submit personal information, or upload custom artwork without appropriate parental involvement.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity (“MOQ”) on Squoobee is two (2) pieces per order unless a product listing, custom quotation, or written agreement specifically states otherwise.

Orders below the applicable minimum quantity may not be accepted or processed.

Certain custom products, production methods, packaging options, wholesale orders, or special designs may require a higher minimum quantity. Any different MOQ will be disclosed before the applicable custom order is confirmed.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photos, dimensions, colors, materials, features, pricing, and other information accurately.

However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen.

  • Handmade, molded, foam, printed, or custom-produced items may have minor variations.

  • Product dimensions may have small manufacturing tolerances.

  • Packaging may change.

  • Product images are illustrative and may not perfectly represent every production unit.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the normal function or character of a product are not necessarily considered defects.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Placing a product in your cart does not guarantee availability or reserve inventory.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, change designs, correct listing errors, or refuse an order where reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we may contact you to offer an alternative, delay the order with your approval, or provide an appropriate refund.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated at checkout.

We may change product prices at any time before an order is accepted.

The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious technical, typographical, or pricing errors.

Taxes, duties, shipping charges, customs charges, or other fees may apply depending on the destination and will be handled as indicated during checkout or in your custom quotation.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to review, decline, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment problems

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Product unavailability

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Custom artwork or content that cannot legally or practically be produced

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, any appropriate refund will be issued through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

8. Payments

Payment must be completed using the payment options made available through the website or otherwise approved by Squoobee.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

9. Custom Squishy Orders

Squoobee allows customers to submit characters, artwork, cartoons, logos, mascots, designs, and other materials for custom products.

Submitting a custom request does not automatically create a confirmed production order.

After receiving your request, Squoobee may contact you regarding:

  • Design feasibility

  • Product specifications

  • Material

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Printing

  • Packaging

  • Pricing

  • Shipping

  • Production timing

  • Artwork adjustments

  • Any applicable custom MOQ

A custom order becomes binding when the required specifications and price have been accepted and any required payment or deposit has been received.

10. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By uploading or submitting artwork, images, logos, characters, trademarks, photographs, text, or other material (“Customer Content”), you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own the Customer Content or have sufficient permission to use it;

  2. Squoobee’s production of the requested product will not knowingly violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights; and

  3. The Customer Content is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms.

You retain ownership of your original Customer Content.

You grant Squoobee and its necessary production and service partners a limited license to reproduce, modify where technically necessary, transmit, manufacture, print, process, store, and use the Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to evaluate, produce, fulfill, support, or document your custom order.

Squoobee may refuse a custom request that appears to infringe third-party rights or otherwise creates legal, technical, or safety concerns.

11. Custom Order Approval

Where an artwork proof, digital mockup, specification, or design approval is requested, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Once you approve a design or specifications, production may begin based on that approval.

Customer-requested changes after approval may result in:

  • Additional fees

  • Additional production time

  • A new quotation

  • Inability to make the requested change if production has already begun

12. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer.

Before production begins, we may be able to accept a cancellation or modification request.

Once production, printing, customization, or manufacturing has begun, a custom order will generally not be cancellable or refundable for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products.

13. Shipping

Squoobee primarily serves customers in the United States, although availability may vary by destination.

Products may ship from manufacturers, production partners, warehouses, or fulfillment providers located outside the United States.

Shipping charges depend on factors such as:

  • Destination

  • Product weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Order quantity

  • Shipping method

  • Production location

  • Carrier rates

  • Seasonal conditions

Any typical shipping amount displayed on the website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed flat shipping rate.

The final applicable shipping charge displayed or communicated during checkout or order confirmation controls.

14. Shipping and Delivery Times

Any production or delivery date shown on the website or communicated by Squoobee is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs procedures

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Production delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

Where applicable law requires us to notify customers about a shipping delay or provide cancellation rights, we will do so.

15. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a quotation, the customer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order can legally be imported into their destination.

16. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or redelivery charges may apply.

Contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an address error.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

17. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers may use Squoobee’s order tracking functionality or tracking details supplied by the relevant carrier.

Carrier tracking information is provided by third parties and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

18. Returns and Refunds

Unless a different policy is disclosed for a specific product, customers wishing to request a return of an eligible standard, non-custom product should contact Squoobee within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, an item should generally be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In substantially original condition

  • Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are normally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Squoobee agrees otherwise.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially printed products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and email

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or video showing the problem where reasonably requested

After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, refund, partial refund, or another solution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Please keep the product and packaging until we complete our review.

20. Product Safety

Customers should read and follow any warnings, age recommendations, instructions, or safety information included with the product or displayed on the product page.

Squishy products, packaging materials, accessories, or small components should be kept away from children where they present a choking or other safety risk.

Children should use products under appropriate adult supervision where recommended.

Do not use a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

21. Customer Accounts

You may have the ability to create an account to manage orders or use other website features.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Keeping your password confidential

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account

  • Notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security risks, or serious violations of these Terms.

22. Reviews and Other User Content

If you submit a product review, rating, comment, image, or other content for publication on the website, you represent that the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Squoobee a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, format, and use submitted review content in connection with the website, products, and business operations, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, spam, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to the relevant product or service.

23. Squoobee Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Squoobee website and its original content, branding, graphics, logos, design elements, text, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Squoobee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, modify, exploit, or use Squoobee intellectual property for commercial purposes without permission.

This provision does not transfer ownership of customer-submitted custom artwork to Squoobee.

24. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to:

  • Commit fraud

  • Place unauthorized transactions

  • Upload malware or malicious code

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website

  • Interfere with website security

  • Scrape or exploit the website unlawfully

  • Impersonate another person

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Submit unlawful or infringing custom content

  • Engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law

25. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, WhatsApp, hosting providers, or other external platforms.

Squoobee does not control independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, security, policies, or performance.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

26. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable website access but do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, errors, maintenance, security incidents, technical problems, or downtime.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

27. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products and website services are provided subject to the descriptions, warranties, and protections expressly stated by Squoobee or required by law.

We do not exclude or limit warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squoobee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the website or products where such liability may legally be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be waived.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of Customer Content that infringes third-party rights.

30. Force Majeure

Squoobee will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, transportation failures, labor disruptions, power failures, internet failures, customs disruptions, carrier delays, or material supply shortages.

Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

31. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the seller operating Squoobee and to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to the customer and cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive customers of mandatory legal rights available in their jurisdiction.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business operations, or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless permitted by law or agreed by the customer.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, product-specific terms, checkout information, custom quotations, and any other policies expressly incorporated into an order, form the agreement governing your use of Squoobee and purchases from us.
